The Bible is not specific as to the Month, day, or time of Jesus' birth. But one can glean information about it in the Book of Luke - especially chapter 2.
Shepherds guarding their flocks would likely occur in the evening in the late summer or early fall as the winter weather would prohibit that. The angels appearing to them announcing His birth 'this day' would seem to indicate His just arriving as a human babe in the dark part of the day - evening.
God does give mankind specific holy days and times of years to observe, but the birth of His Son is not one of these seven.
Today, most Encyclopedias, Commentaries, and other Biblical Scholarly writings, will present a solid case for Jesus being born in the late Autumn of 5-4 BC. Besides the Shepherds in the fields, the Annual Festivals of God (Tabernacles and Trumpets), the logic of Roman rule for the Census convenience, a close study of John the Baptist's fathers Temple order and time of duty for him in 6-5 BC, it is reasonable to believe John was born in March-April 5BC and Jesus was born 6 months afterwards (mid Sept to mid Oct) - the beginning of the New Year. It can be said that history depends upon the views of the writers and can/does differ depending on who/where/when one writes/reads it. Take this quote as an example:
The New Catholic Encyclopedia acknowledges: "The date of Christ's birth is not known. The Gospels indicate neither the day nor the month . . . the pagan devotees of Mithra celebrated the dies natalis Solis Invicti (birthday of the invincible sun). On Dec. 25, 274, Aurelian had proclaimed the sun-god principal patron of the empire and dedicated a temple to him in the Campus Martius. Christmas originated at a time when the cult of the sun was particularly strong at Rome."-(1967), Vol. III, p. 656.
In conclusion, if the birthday of Christ was so important that we all should celebrate/worship Him on that day, doesn't one think it would have been plainly spoken/written for all to easily comply? God gave mankind 7 Annual Feast Days/Sabbaths (in addition to the weekly Sabbath) because He wanted all to know and observe them as they reveal His Plan for Mankind. Surely, if His Son's birth was to also be observed, He would have plainly revealed it in the pages of Scripture.
No one knows what time jesus was born!!!
No one has a idea. We don't even know if it was really Christmas!!!
Nobody really knows.

No, Christmas is in celebration of Jesus Christ's Birth.
Jesus was born on Christmas
Israel.
Jesus was born on December 25th. If you think he was born on Easter, your wrong. That was just when he rose from the grave.
We celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas day. It is not likely that December 25th was the actual day Jesus was born, but since the fourth century, it has been the day his birth has been remembered.
because it was the day jesus was born
No .... It was baking hot.
Jesus Christ
it is important because Jesus was born on that day!
