This is an assumption but I would probably say there will be a 5S.
Here is my logic, Apple will almost definitely make another iPhone before the 6 that is identical to the 5 that way (assuming the iPhone 6 will have a bigger screen like people have reported) Apple will not be selling iPhones in three different screen sizes. In other words, instead of selling a 3.5inch 4S, a 4inch iPhone 5, and a 4.x inch iPhone 6 they would have a 4inch iPhone 5, 4inch iPhone 5S and 4.x inch iPhone 6. This also supports the chance to launching two iPhones, the 5S and 6 (or possibly one of those plus a budget iPhone with a 4 inch screen).
*please keep in mind this answer is not factual but is based on my opinions and rumors from leaked information, I have no knowledge of what Apple's next iPhone will be called nor if a larger screen is even planned any time soon.
