Yes the person who wrote this question for you probably did mean 'IB' and not 'iB'. Now that's over with, you might help them to understand that the question still isn't quite right. The IB Learner Profile is a set of learner attributes (like characteristics of a learner) each of which needs to be developed to become the best learner you can be. Now to be a good learner, one needs to try to develop all of these attributes, and the great thing about it is that if you develop these in an internationally/globally/interculturally aware context (- like you're always trying to see things from the perspectives of others) then these attributes also help you to become a better 'global and local citizen).
