Paste Options (small "smart icon" that looks like a clipboard) or Paste Options button would allow you to change the format of pasted items.
You can use LimeWire legally just by not downloading any file that does not have a proper license attached. An icon resembling a piece of paper will be placed next to each legal file in the search results. If it does not have an icon, then it does not have legal information attached and may not be legal.
I take it that you are referring to the "Clipboard Viewer" application, which has been removed from Windows Vista for unknown reasons. You can, however, copy the Clipboard Viewer from a Windows XP computer to your Vista computer: Look for the file C:\windows\system32\clipbrd.exe on your windows XP computer. Copy that to your Vista computer and paste the file wherever you need it. Double-clicking on the icon will enable you to open the Clipboard Viewer.

When you pull up the keyboard, like, in the messaging app, theres a little microphone icon on the bottom left. If you hold it down, it brings up a menu. There youll find a clipboard icon, along with a few other icons.
How a building icon looks will depend on what type of building it is. A building icon is a miniature version of the building used in prototypes and initial planning.
