The game is programmed so that when you kill an npc, after you leave, the body disappears. However this depends on how remote the area is, which is suppose represents the chances of somebody stumbling over the body and moving it. Back to Dorian. If you kill him and his body disappears then it's gone for good. You can't get it back and it hasn't actually been "moved". It just vanishes from the game. Sorry mate.
