You dont need to be on child support if you have a computer.
Technically you can not beat child support unless you are sincerly unable to aford to pay or are in Prison for a national defence.
you dont! Just pay for the child!
absolutely
no you dont have to
No because you dont pay tax on child support
That depends on the child support order that is in place right now, the state laws in your jurisdiction and the court with jurisdiction. If they don't originally cover college expenses child support orders can sometimes be modified to cover a child who stays in school. In any case, the issue must be addressed by your court and your mother will need to seek any modification of the support order, if necessary. She can inquire at the court or consult with an attorney who can review the situation and explain the options. That depends on the child support order that is in place right now, the state laws in your jurisdiction and the court with jurisdiction. If the child is under 1 then you do, if they are over 18 than you dont.
Only the state can.
i dont think i should answer that.....
Custody (in theory at least) is based on the child's best interest. "So you don't have to pay child support" is not going to strike any judge as an argument in the child's best interest.
depending on law...DONT KNOW DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!
