If your dealing with the situation where your boyfriend is there one minute and not the next or isn't there at all, then tell him! If he won't listen then continuously ignore him and when he asks why you are ignoring him then tell him while he is listening. If he gives you a good reason then it's up to you to give him a second chance or not. If he doesn't and continues to do it then tell him it is over (that is up to you). If he won't leave you or you give him a second chance and he promises to be better and isn't then seek further help. If you want to stay together to raise a family then that is what you need to do. Once the baby comes he should be helping and be there for you. If he isn't then tell him "I have enjoyed being your girlfriend but I just don't think this is going to work" (that is up to you).

I believe that last word is supposed to be 'pregnant' - a women cannot get pregnant without either sexual activity such as sexual intercourse, or having had IVF. Kissing a boy cannot get you pregnant, whether you're on your period or not, that's not how pregnancy occurs.
