Ok, if he cheated with an ex, there's a HIGHER chance he could cheat on you. It doesn't necessarily mean he's a 100% cheater, some boys change. Some don't. Keep that in mind, and never assume.
But yes, if he was honest and told you the reason why he cheated with his ex, it just means he's capable of cheating. That's all.
