Corn plants require a lot of nutrients to grow. If your corn stalks seem to have hit the brakes on growing, it could be because they need more fertilizer. I recommend a good, high nitrogen fertilizer. A 10-10-15 will do well, but a 15-15-15 is also good, just be sure to fertilize right before a good rain of watering.
