As a minor you have no choice unless you are abused and then can end up in foster home. There is always a time when living at home is hard and you want out, it's a part of growing up. In most places you can seek emancipation at 16 but that means you will have to fill the criteria concerning paying the bills by yourself, place to live, school etc.
umm maybe he should call his mom and ask to stay and if she doesn't let you stay with her then, tell her why you are uncomfortable with your current home.
Is that between a child's parents? if so it is ultimately up to the parents. But, most parents will let the child decide who they want to live with.
Bruno doesnt tell his parents about shmuel because they might not want them to be friends , and they might stop him from going out at all.
He doesnt say what Soc kids want. He only says what Bob wanted from his parents. And not the socs.DUH!LOL
For comfort and security.
Didn't you ever want to sleep with your parents? Didn't you feel better in their room? ASK YOURSELF.

You used the word child. And legally they are a child and the parents decide where they are to live.
well if she does have it and still doesn't want to keep it for whatver reason, there are plenty of couples who can't have children who would gladly be the foster/adopted parents to the child.
If a child wants to live with the non-custodial parent, the parents will have to go back through the court system to change the custody agreement. Most states will allow the opinion of a 14 year old child as to where they want to live.
You're this child's parents now. Yes your child might not want to live with you.... but handle this as if the child was your birth child and make a decision that you would stick to if the child hadn't been adopted.
England: I think its 16
When a child does not want to live with either of their parents, the court will consider the best interests of the child. They may appoint a guardian ad litem who will investigate the child's circumstances and make recommendations. The court will also consider various factors such as the child's age, maturity, and any evidence of abuse or neglect, before making a decision on the child's living arrangements.
Age of Majority on your state
if i would be . you i would slip on his face . live him alone and went along with my child. that's it. the best way
No you are a minor with a child and need your parents permission to move.
If the child is under the age of 18, she should live where the parents say she should live. They can report her as a run away.
I think yes
