In divorces in Florida, the Judge is supposed to make his decision on what is in the best interest of the child. The judge would check with a social worker. If the child is a six year old, the judge would listen to the social worker who would have interviewed the child in private. Many six year old children are smart enough to give the answer they think the adult wants them to give rather than tell the way they really feel. The six year old tries to please the adults around him so he can survive. In his value system, surviving is far more important than telling the truth. An adolescent would expect the judge to listen to him. He would explain his reasons and would probably get his way.
Get over it..the kid doesnt want you!
The father has the right to visit with his child unless the court issues an order to the opposite.
Yes, you do.
You would have to go to court for all that.
No. A single parent can live with whoever they want as long as that person is not harmful to the child.
if i would be . you i would slip on his face . live him alone and went along with my child. that's it. the best way
coz she doesnt want any childern?
No, as they do not have that choice. The matter needs to brought up to the court.
A internal conflict is when Bella doesnt want to go to James but if she doesnt she will risk losing her mother and she doesnt want to put innocent people into this
Most just violate any orders with the blessing of President Obama, but what you would need to do is get the court to approve him having no parental rights or responsibility for the child, with the provision that the child be informed that this was the mother's choice, and not the fathers, upon reaching the age of majority. see link
It depends upon where you live. you need to do a little research yourself or at least give us more info to go on.
Yes but she doesnt want to be and her mother doesnt agree with her at all and hates her
