In the incredibly unlikely event that the Earth should 'roll over' and reverse its axis, little if anything would change on the surface. The Earth is suspended weightlessly in a frictionless vacuum, and is already both spinning on its axis and hurtling through space. For there to be a terrestrial cataclysm as a result of 'rolling over', the Earth would first have to be both stationary and 'heavy'. Moreover, the Universe would have to exert gravity and possess an 'up' and a 'down'.
The previous answer is not entirely true. If earth were to roll over, any stationary object, by the law of inertia, would tend to stay where it was. Disregarding the rotation of the earth (which is irrelevant anyway), everything on the earth would move toward the south or north, depending on where the poles of rotation are.
The earth can not be upside down.

it would fall down because of the gravitational pull
basically the earth spins to the right but if your upside down it spins to the left and as it spins the sun moves toward the earth and at sunset the sun explodes and the light emitted by the sun goes out and the moon takes over until dawn when the moon explodes then the sun has been resurrcted and the cycle begins again
