really? Perhaps your drain plug is still out. Or you need 10 qts.
5 on an oil change w/ filter
I think it is 5 quarts. Add 4 quarts and check it. If you change the oil filter then add 5 quarts and check it. The rule of thumb is that a oil filter takes about 1 quart.
6 quarts total capacity. The Crankscase oil capacity is 5 quarts. Add one additional quart when the oil filter is changed.
5 quarts with filter on most but it can also be 6 quarts if it has the oil pan with 2 drain plugs. Add 5 and then start the engine and run for 2 minutes. Shut down wait 30 minutes an check the level. Add as necessary. Do not overfill.
Depending on the engine that the engine came with, the engine holds between 4 and 5 quarts of oil. Add 4 quarts, then add small quantities until the dipstick shows full.
It should take 4 to 5 quarts of oil. Add 4 quarts and start the engine let it run for a minute then check the level and add if it needs the last quart.
Probably 5-6 quarts Add 5 and check
5 quarts I think but am not 100% sure. Change oil & filter. Add 5 quarts, start the engine and run for 1 minute, shut down and wait 30 minutes. Check level and add if necessary. You now know for sure.
The engine is listed with three oil capacity possibilities. They are 4 quarts, 5 quarts, an 5.8 quarts. The safest way to add oil is put in 4 quarts, then keep checking the dipstick until full.
It depends on where it is on the stick. The full mark should represent 5 quarts of oil. The add mark means you are a quart low (4 quarts)
Start with four quarts and add oil checking every 1/2 quart or so. I believe it will be between 4 1/2 and 5 quarts.
3.3L with oil filter=5 quarts without oil filter=4.5 quarts 3.5L with oil filter=5.5 quarts without oil filter=5 quarts
