However, if you use the Shop, Trade, or Auction wizard, you won't find the brush (as it is with all rare items). I suggest posting an ad on a website, your profile, a pet's page (especially the one that you want to paint).2. A very rare random event will turn your active Neopet into a baby neopet. This is how my lupe got painted baby.

maybe because you WANT another one, or the one you have will not help you for what you want. for example, if you have a chihuahua, but suddenly you need a dog that will protect you, so you have to get another one, like a german sheperd, because, obviously, a CHIHUAHUA cannot protect you. i dont know.
