i dont kno if it makes a difference but on my stratus sedan all i did was take the caliper off and the rotor slides right off. if it doesnt slide off and the rotors grooved just beat it with a hammer at the top and botttom and it should wiggle off.

When I bought my Stratus, it came with 2 keys. One worked fine, the other was for unlocking the doors and trunk and allowed the car to start, but it only ran for a couple seconds and shut off. If youre using a different key, that may be the problem. Also the keys need to be programmed by a Dodge dealer. I dont know if they can lose the program, but that might be something to check also.. Hope this helps..
