What is causing my dodge stratus to shut off if i turn the car on it will turn on for 1-2 seconds and shut off. we have changed fuel filter and fuel pump the two major problems we thought?

When I bought my Stratus, it came with 2 keys. One worked fine, the other was for unlocking the doors and trunk and allowed the car to start, but it only ran for a couple seconds and shut off. If youre using a different key, that may be the problem. Also the keys need to be programmed by a Dodge dealer. I dont know if they can lose the program, but that might be something to check also..
