There are no more missions, but you can buy Club Penguin Elite Force for your DS and you can play more missions there.

If you have finished all of the missions on Club Penguin,like me, you can go back and do them again if you like, but you won't get your rewards again. If you don't want to do the missions again, you can always just do the "Field Ops" which are weekly mission but are really short. You get little medal things and can buy items with them. If you are not a member, like me, you can only buy the earpiece. -Sparkzie

All you have to do is wait a week or to and new missions will arrive for you all to do New missions do arrive every so often, but while you are waiting you may want to go back through some of the old missions and look for some of the hidden items available. There is possibly a new mission coming out on June 15, 2012. I am not sure but they want people to report for duty.
