Boron Graphite shafts are an Alloy of Carbon Fiber with Boron(Metal Element) Weaved along the side the carbon fiber strands. The best graphite Iron shafts ever made all have this in them, Some examples are the Yonex Tour irons that Phil Mickelson played, they had Yonex LTB-600 shafts(Low-torque-boron) and G.Loomis Tour shafts as well(G.Loomis also makes HIGH END fishing rods. Boron significantly improves the the tip and bend profile of the shaft and also makes it stronger, Boron significantly reduces the torque of a shaft, The Loomis tour's and Yonex ltb-600 shafts have lower torque numbers that TT Dynamic Gold steel shafts.

You are going to want to purchase a tire that is 15 x 8 in size. The best brand would depend on if you are using the jeep for off road activities or for city travel. For off road, the best brand would be LTB off road tires. For city use, Federal's Couragia MT LT would be a great choice.
Sure it will. My Buddy has a 1989 Toyota 4 runner that is completely stock and he runs 31 by 10.50 mud tires on it. He only has a 2.4 four cylinder in his. My brother has a 1992 Toyota pickup with the 3 liter V6 and he runs 34 by 10.50 TSL LTB super swampers and it turns them just fine. You will probably see a drop in mpg with you new tires but nothing serious.
31x10.5x15 is about the largest tire you can fit on a stock 15" Ford Rim, without doing any modification to the suspension, aka "lifting", of the truck. You should have full turn radius without rubbing. If you choose to go with aftermarket wheels and suspension, the sky is the limit... I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 4.0L 4x4 off-road and used to run super swamper LTB 31x11.50x15 with no problem. another 1/2 in and i wouldve been rubbing the fender well.
The first step is to calculate the land value of the subject parcel using a sales comparison analysis. Then, consider that surplus land (land that is used for expansion of the subject building or future overflow parking) is unlikely to add value based on the same per-square-foot or per-acre rate as a vacant lot that is ready for development, so some percentage of the raw land value may be used. As an example, say that you determine (through sales comaprison) that the value of vacant land in the subject market is $10 per square foot, and you are appraising a 10,000 Sq. Ft. building on a 20,000 square foot lot (a 2:1 land to building 'LTB' ratio). You have a comaprable with the same size building but it has a 30,000 square foot lot (3:1 LTB), then going from 3:1 to 2:1 would be a decrease in land of 10,000 square feet from the 30,000 sq. ft. lot, and the added land associated with the comaprable would have a value of $100,000 ($10 X 10,000 Sq. Ft.). If you feel that the added land would add only about 50 percent of the raw land value, then the adjustment would be $50,000. To derive the percentage adjustment, take the total dollar adjustment and divide it by the sale price of the comp. Say the comp sold for for $1.0 million, then all else being equal, a 5% downward adjustment is indicated, or 5% for each 1:1 variation. You should note that is is only one indicator, and many may be required in order to derive a correct adjustment. Further, a smaller building and larger building on the same size lot will still have an adjustment, making the LTB adjustment somewhat of a size adjustment as well.
