I had the same thing happen to me. I'm now 9 days late and not pregnant. I went ahead and called the Doc to see what was up and she told me that I probably didn't ovulate. I'm very regular, but she said sometimes your body will just do that. I'm going to wait another week and if I still haven't started, she's goign to give me a prescription for progesterone (sp??) in order to have a period. Never happened to me before!! and I'm 26! Weird! Everyone's different though. If you know you aren't pregnant, I would call your doc.

Take a pregnancy test if you miss your next period, but I would say it's probably a bug, something you ate or is related to your period
Many women have no symptoms at all. Nausea, morning sickness and missed period are common. Spotting is another symptom that happens with some women.
"Morning sickness" and tender breasts are two classic early symptoms of pregnancy. It can be a possiblity. But, you can not be completely sure unless checked or you miss your next period. Symptoms of pregnancy, are also the same symptoms women can get from just having their period as they are a sign of PMS.
Well it depends what symptoms ??
If you want to avoid fake results, the best time to test is after your period is suppose to start. Take it first thing in the morning with your first morning urine. That would be the most accurate.
