What to do if you can't poop?

Well, you could die very painfully from all the buildup because if the poo doesnt come out where do you think it goes? sometimes it enters the stomach, and in severe cases reaches you neck and vocal cords. OR:

You could have an impacted bowel. That's like very bad constipation & it can get worse. Take a laxative or enema and if that doesn't help, go see your doctor. Ths is a serious condition.

First of all, drink 2 full glasses of water every day after you get out of bed, for the rest of your life. This will help with this problem. Take up to 1000 mg of Vitamin C per day - that will help you get over your constipation. Going on long walks, or other exercise can help a lot, too. To avoid this in the future, drink at least 64 oz of water per day, exercise regularly, keep away from sugary and starchy food, and instead eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
