The drug screen is a mandatory part of your CDL physical. If you don't take it then, you don't pass your DOT physical, and you won't get a medical card - hence, you don't get your CDL.
If you already have a CDL, and you refuse to take a pre-employment drug screen, you don't get hired.
If you're already employed as a CDL driver, and you refuse a quarterly or other periodic drug screen, you lose your job, and a big black mark goes on your MVR.
If you refuse a mandatory post-incident drug screen... well, welcome to the wonderful world of implied consent. You'll lose your job and your licence.
Yes. That's what the test is for, your a liability for insurance co.
No, they do not drug test employees. I work at one in Maryland and Ive never been asked to submit to a test nor has any co workers, with exception to managers.
no the only test for amphetamines benzos barbiturates weed opiates so on and so forth but not suboxone but there are special drug test that can detect it but a standard drug test no and that's Monmouth co. NJ probation
The State of California might issue a bench warrant. Even if they don't, they will likely convict you, and request that CO suspend your CDL. If CO doesn't comply, they have another avenue of approach - the FMCSA - who more than likely will push CO to suspend your CDL. Your driving privilege will be revoked in California (even after you get your licence reinstated) until you've done whatever they require for it to be reinstated.
Yes.Yes.Yes.Yes.
Yes, I've just been suspended pending further investigation.

Regardless to what level or position your coworker holds, face him-her up and tell them you just hired an excellent lawyer.
All a co-signer is someone who agrees to pay off the debt if the loan goes into default
Sometimes... It all depends on the appearance of the candidate. I have a friend that works for the NYC office and he said that they drug tested him against cannabis and cocaine. Luckily, the last time he smoked some weed was 6 months before the test, so nothing showed up in the results... I hope that helps...
No you will have to take the test in CO.
