The question, to me, was unclear, so I have two answers for you.

1) If you are working out after the effects of marijuana have worn off, then you will see absolutely no change at all. Your workout will be completely normal and devoid of any abnormalities.

2) If you are working out while under the effects of marijuana, you might feel lazy, and you'll probably have the urge to say "Screw this, I'd much rather eat potato chips and watch tv."
