i have checked the voltage to the cmp, and i have changed the cmp! the code will not clear, and i have a hard start. just installed new engine!

Code PO342, Camshaft sensor came up, mechanic says replacing the balve cover gasket will fix this. Does that sound right?
OBD code P0304 is Cylinder Four Misfire.

OBD I code 67 - Neutral Drive Switch Circuit Open ( key on , engine off )
J1850 is not a trouble code. It is a protocol that the OBD-II system uses. Trouble codes will be represented by a P before the numbers
OBD code P1127 mean Exhaust not warm enough.
Cylinder #1 misfire.
My book shows P0300=Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected. P0342=Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Low Input. Hopefully this helps you out.
