There is no natural way to make your period come faster. You can get it between the age of 9 and 16. (Plus its ok to be 100 pounds its normal)

Sounds like gynecomastia. You might have had some breast growth. It happens to almost every boy but not usually enough to notice. Has it gotten worse overtime? It could be a hormonal imbalance.

Some people have a natural flat chest and small nipples. like me im 13- got my period at 11 and NOTHING! i barely wear an A cup. your breast- all though even if the slightest bit- have grown. some girls develop more than others. that's why everyone doesnt have the SAME cup size. i hope i helped you understand that they may be at MAXIMUM SIZE.
