Bail it.
If you can bail it out. If you have a working radio, call for help. Finally, if you can stay with and preferably on the boat as the boat will make a bigger target for rescuers to see.

There is lots of missing info here. Where are you? what's the depth of water? What is the temperature of the water? What is the sea state? Lots of variables to this question, however there are a few things I automatically think of. Don't panic, try to keep calm, a proper mindset can save you even when odds are NOT in your favor. If the boat capsizes or gets swamped try and stay with the boat as long as possible. Even if that means just holding on to whats left. The boat is a larger target, making you easier to find you by Search and Rescue (SAR) assets. Even if you are wearing a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) if you can get out of the water, then try. Getting out of the water even if the air temp is freezing is better than staying in the water (Think of Jack and Rose, who lived, who dies.) Without more detail this is a good start.
The weight of the boat displaces the same weight of water, and while there is still sides of the boat above the surface, the boat will float. If such an open boat is swamped, the gunnels may sink to sea level, and may even sink beneath. Usually, water-tight compartments, light, floating material, and any wood in the boat's construction, will help prevent the boat sinking entirely, if at all.
In the UK, the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) simply call their boats lifeboats. The RNLI is a charity, unfunded by Government and manned mainly by volunteers from the local community. Modern lifeboats are designed to be self-righting should they be swamped and capsized.
If you fall over into freezing water, you should try to reboard even if swamped, and get out of the water as much as possible.
In case your boat gets damaged so you pay less.
The movie with a tiger on a boat with a boy is The Life Of Pi. The boat sinks and the boy gets on the life boat with the tiger.
