Depends it sound like you might have ruptured your eardrum if i were you i would have gone to the doctor a long time ago and GO NOW go to an EAR, NOSE and THROAT DOCTOR RIGHT NOW IF YOU DON'T YOU MAY LOSE ALL HEARING IN THAT EAR SO GO!
-sources-my friend lost partial hearing in one ear because he ruptured it and didnt go to doctor soon enough.
