Foopets Desktop Application is still in Beta version. What this means is that there are still some hiccups, glitches, and errors in the program, and it has been released for the purpose of improvement. First...try exiting completely out of the FooPets desktop application, and restart it. If you're still having the same issues, contact FooPets support through the FAQ link at the top of the FooPets.com website. Click on "Technical" and report your issue there. Only when people using the Beta applications report the errors, can the techs properly attend to those specific issues, and fix the errors.

How do you find out your pets in foopets generation?
When people say generation they are talking about the Foopet's family tree. When you go onto your Foopet's profile, look where it mentions the birthdate of the Foopet. Under that, it may or may not say who the mother and father of the Foopet is. If the mother and father information is not there, your Foopet is a first generation. If there is the mother and father information, you would then click on one of those Foopet's profiles and see if they have a mother/father information. If not your Foopet is second generation, if so then you repeat the same thing with your Foopet's mother's/father's mother/father until you get to the end of it all. Depending on how big the Foopet's family tree is, the bigger it's generation will be. I've seen up to 7th and 8th generation Foopets sooo, yeah.
How old does a foopet have to be to breed?
Your foopet must 1 year old to breed and you got to be a clubfoo member
How do you adopt a foopet?
To adopt a foopet you must first make an account. It is totally safe & free. Then you have to work in the shelter for 30 days or join "Club Foo" to get a free foopet. How can you make the background of your computer black while working?
It depends on if you're talking about the background of your desktop or the background of a running program. FOR DESKTOP. Rightclick desktop, properties, desktop, make background picture None and change the color to black. FOR PROGRAMS. Rightclick desktop, properties appearance, advanced, window, then change that to black and the font color to something like white or whatever, something you can see on top of black.
