I hate to say it, but If she's unsure, then she doesn't want to be. She may no longer have feelings for you in a GF-BF way but may still like your company, or she sees some other benefits of "just staying friends." She may like hanging out with you but not making out with you. She may want to see other boys. Oh, well. Nothing you can do but move on. If you can't "just be friends," then tell her so, but it would be big of you to remain civil and not be a total jerk toward her. But you need not maintain a friendship with her if you don't want.
