If you are not saying you're looking for the perfect girl, but you say she is just right for you, then either she has an inferiority complex, or there is something about you or your dating history that makes her feel you and she are not a match.
The best thing to do to find out if you two are a match is to have some non-date dates, like walking in the park, joining her and her friends for lunck, or having a picnic so that you and she can find out how well you are a match. Time will tell, words will not.
