The hymen will stretch - stretch using fingers or clean smooth items suitable for vaginal infection, don't use tampons to stretch the hymen as tampons are rough and drying so will cause irritation when used for this purpose. Use coconut oil or olive oil as a lubricant and to help prevent damage.
If you cannot stretch the hymen yourself you may need a doctor to surgically remove your hymen.
