I'm thirteen too and i am getting a job in April. I am going to work at my uncle's convenient store so maybe you should ask someone you know if there are any jobs available where they work. I think only certain places allow thirteen year olds to work.
Allowing your child to stay with someone you know is unfit is endangering the child which can lead to losing custody.
Most places won't allow it. Don't get it done unprofessionally though because someone will do it for you without your parent. You can get an infection and have to take it out, then end up with a nasty scar and that would not be pretty. You are going to have to wait if your parent won't take you. :[

Information can be given out but permission has be to received from a parent or guardian. Many sites choose simply to ban under thirteen's due to the legal issues it may present.
it doesnt really matter how old someone is but who the parent is because someone could not be allowed to date and they could be 17 while someone with different paretns would allow their kid to date someone when they are 12.
