You have to convince the court that you can take care of yourself without your parents. Chances are pretty high that unless there is abuse or other factors that they aren't going to allow you to leave. If you are under the age of 18, you have to have parental consent or a court order to get married.
Depends if you want your parents to know your on it or not, but If you want to be discrete then you can go to a local Planned Parenthood or Clinic and ask for birth control they give you a special green card that gives you the benefits to get birth control without paying for it and they wont tell your parents.
You still have to stay with your parents until you are emancipated by the court so you wont need one. Once you are emancipated you can have one. If you have moved already with their consent you can have a roommate.
You need to involve parents or a lawyer, as appropriate.
If parents wont give you permission you can contact the Child Protective Service or police and they will help you to a foster home unless the situation can be worked out. You are not allowed to move out on your own and you are too young to seek emancipation if that exists in your state.
just prove to ur parents ur responsible it worked with me
You do exactly what they telll you to do! They're your PARENTS. They pretty much own you until you are out of their house. Their house, their rules!
just give it time!! my parents were the same way. the more you beg and talk about them makes them say no. so just give it time:) it will all work out
If you live in a state that allows emancipation, you petition the court. You are going to have to show that you have the ability to take care of yourself, including providing financially. If the court is satisfied that you wont become a ward of the state, they can issue an order of emancipation. At that point you are on your own and your parents no longer have to take care of you.
tell his/her parents if doesn't go well tell the police
with your parents consent i think its fine. the parent might be strict (like mine) and wont let me get a naval piercing.
If you want to give your parents the right to care for your child and also pay for your child as her parents you have to go through a third party. Otherwise her papers wont be in order either and that wont help her in the future. And your parents wont have any legal documents that you gave up your rights to them.
