If your HCG is not showing up, then you're most likely not actually pregnant. A drop in HCG usually indicates a miscarriage.
It's possible that there was an error on the test, so you should probably get retested.

Yes there is a chance you are pregnant home pregnancy tests are not as accurate as blood tests. If your period doesnt come in a couple of days take another test or see your dr.
