I cant find the space to respond, i am not good at these forums and they all work differently!!
No - diatomaceous earth is a pool cleaning chemical, not a dog shampoo. I don't know why you would want to put diatomaceous earth on your dog, but whatever you are trying to control or treat with this, there are much safer and more effective medications available from your veterinarian for it.

As long as it was just a tiny bit, she should be fine. Be careful not to let her eat more cause it can be very harmful to them.
It is best to call a vet and have them checked out if they are vomiting. While usually seed is not advised it typically is not harmful in small doses. If it had raisins in it though it is deadly to dogs.
It could be quite harmful but it depends on how much chalk they ate. I suggest taking them to the doctor just to check that everything is ok.
