High risk tolerance means high impact thresholds.
Project evaluation is a systematic approach of gathering, studying and using information to resolve answers related to a project. It means to understand the relevancy and achievements of project objectives, impact and sustainability. Project appraisal, on the other hand, is a process of finding out a project's viability. It is a continuous process that involves analyzing the effectiveness, feasibility and cost effectiveness of the project.
Project Planning involves 4 important phases. They are: 1. Planning the Project Scope 2. Planning the Project Resources 3. Planning the Project Schedule 4. Planning Quality & Risk Management Each of these 4 phases is equally important and have a significant impact on the success of the project

WACC will increase.
The cost of debt is affected by taxes. The debt portion of the WACC is calculated as (total debt / total invested capital)*expected return on debt*(1 - tax rate). More info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WACC
because of WACC nature, there are no same utility, and that's why none make same calculation. so WACC=X2+2X3+5X2=0 ? because of WACC nature, there are no same utility, and that's why none make same calculation. so WACC=X2+2X3+5X2=0 ?
WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) is a more appropriate discount rate for capital budgeting because it reflects the overall cost of financing a project. It considers both the cost of debt and the cost of equity, taking into account the proportion of each in the capital structure. By using WACC as the discount rate, the project's cash flows are appropriately risk-adjusted and it helps in determining the economic viability of the investment.
relationship between WACC and required rate of return.
All else equal, the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) of a firm increases as the beta and rate of return on equity increases, as an increase in WACC notes a decrease in valuation and a higher risk.
NPV measures the return a project generates against the costs borne to generate them, while also considering Time Value of Money. Whereas IRR measures returns alone and is hence seen as a myopic metric. NPV will be positive only when the IRR>WACC (i.e. the returns are more than the costs). The concept of IRR being greater than WACC is also called 'Positive EVA'. Needless to say, a project must be selected when NPV > 0! When choosing between projects, the spread between IRR & WACC will determine the financial feasibility ...the higher the better.
