Here's the weird thing about the Bush 43 presidency: once you get past the wars he started, Bush really didn't DO a darn thing. Have we caught or killed Osama bin Laden? The Republicans like to brag that Bush kept the country safe because there wasn't another terrorist attack after 9/11...well, unless you count the anthrax terrorist we still haven't caught. That line of reasoning falls apart if you know anything about al Qaeda. AQ isn't the Red Army Fraction, which did a lot of attacks. Al Qaeda usually runs one operation per decade, but it's always huge--witness the attack on the World Trade Center in 1993.
