HEAT MOLLASSES, WATER, AND SUGAR IN A SAUCEPAN .ONCE MIXTURE IS HOT ADD THE BAKING SODA AND STIR WELL. POUR OVER POPCORN AND NUTS MIXING AS YOUR POURING TO COAT MIX WELL. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. SPREAD MIX ONTO COOKIE SHEET COOK IN OVEN TURNING MIX EVERY 2 MINUTES FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES. PLACE COOKED MIX ONTO FOIL TO COOL. WATCH WHEN BAKING NOT TO BURN.
