If you use a cheap one it proberbly wont make a difference to your pimples, the best option is to look for moisturizing cream that contains natural colloidal oatmeal such as Aveeno Lotion. Aveeno Lotion is really good for your skin because it contains the natural oatmeal, it calms down most of my spots and I have no dry skin because of it. I use it twice a day, in the morning just after I have washed my face and at night before I go to bed. Its well worth buying.
