The Dragonfly
All engineering firms that do design have design standards.Plus they conform to national and probably international standards. That's the point of having standards.
Different answers can be given to this. Some Chinese people had created a basic design for a flying machine that used bamboo and were just used as toys in the 4th century. It is said that Leonardo Da Vinci had a design for a helicopter. He lived in the 15th and 16th centuries. Since then, many other scientists and inventors have come up with designs getting closer to what we would think of as the modern helicopter. It was only in the early 20th century that these machines were actually begun to be built and flown.
For the helicopter body to be in balance and direction to steer the helicopter.
An engineer, Igor Sikorski, invented the helicopter.
No African American invented the helicopter. The first practical helicopter was invented by Igor Sikorski, a Russian American.
He invented a spiral contraption that is similar to a modern day design of the helicopter and also built wings that he thought could make a person fly but later realized that birds have hollow bones whereas people have heavy, solid bones. Other than that, I don't know... Hope I helped.

she does not design clothes.
It was the Sikorski design team

Then it would fly! unfortunatly he didn't. He did design a helicopter, but it is not believed to work.
France developed the first model of the helicopter. It was first invented by Paul Cornu, a french inventor. Some say the invention of the helicopter was inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci's flying machine.
