a telescope ! or binoculars
telescope
There is no instrument in world which measure how small an object is but instruments measure how large an object is .
A magnifying glass is an optical instrument that uses two convex lenses to allow you to see very small objects. The first lens enlarges the image of the object, and the second lens further magnifies the image for observation.
Increasing the resolution or magnification of the optical instrument, such as a microscope or telescope, will allow you to see more details of the object.

carnt see very far carnt see very far
very far. If they have binocular vision then they can see for miles. :)
The telescope is used to see far distances in space, but one may also us binoculars to see objects far away, just on earth. You may buy different sizes of lenses, to see different distances. Thanks. </3
Yes a dolphin can see,but not from very far away
The Sun is a star, and is very large and very bright, and its light travels very far.
Yes, they can see object at 8 to 12 meters far.
If this is a homework question the answer you are probably looking for is Quasar [See related question] However, the actual question is full of inconsistencies. Brightness is defined as being observed from Earth and distance is relative to your frame of reference - Apparent magnitude [See related question - Apparent magnitude] Therefore, a bright object could be the Sun, and in normal relative terms it is distant, to some very distant. A quasar on the other hand is not very bright from Earth but it is very very distant. For the question to fit the answer, the question should be "What star like object is very luminous and very far away". or "What star like object has a high absolute magnitude and is very distant [See related question - Absolute magnitude]
