Dehydration.
Excess water and insufficient drainage for the purpose
Cold environments and insufficient insulation (clothing usually).
An insufficient production of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) can lead to a condition called diabetes insipidus. This results in excessive thirst and urination, as the body is unable to properly regulate water balance. In severe cases, it can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.
The sun causes dehydration by evaporating moisture from the skin, which can lead to a decrease in the body's water content. This decrease in water content can trigger a compensatory mechanism in the body that causes an increase in water retention, leading to swelling.
Possible causes: Insufficient/no coolant in the system; insufficient antifreeze in the coolant and the coolant is frozen: the water pump is faulty and is not circulating the coolant; the belt that drives the water pump is loose or missing.
The ground under the tower shifted, and could not support its weight. The foundation was insufficient. (It is a bell tower, not a water tower.)
Insufficient water pressure or incorrect pipe sizing
Possible causes of cloudy water in a pool include inadequate filtration, imbalanced pH levels, high levels of organic matter or debris, insufficient chlorine levels, and poor circulation.
Causes burping!
Causes of over heating: insufficient coolant; antifreeze/water mixture not correct; thermostat stuck in closed position; faulty water pump; clogged/dirty radiator; leaks in the system.
Too much water pressure, and , or incorrect/insufficient pipe strapping on water lines.
It destroys the red blood cells and causes insufficient supply of oxygen to the liver and spleen and some other vital organs in the body. It can kill if not treated early and with the right medication.
