Caravans and something like Tanks ( The House of Vapors). On the negative side Verne did not discuss extra-terrestrial life forms, though he theorized the moon once had an atmosphere and at one time supported life- something other Science Fiction writers have expanded on. quite a haul from old Jules. the surname , more properly LaVerne, means spring time!
