Do Mormons believe in being saved by grce?

Yes. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) believe that salvation is only through the grace of Jesus Christ. This is very plainly written in the Bible and the Book of Mormon, both of which Mormons believe are the word of God. In addition to the many Biblical passages which tell us salvation comes through grace, The Book of Mormon echoes the doctrine of salvation through grace repeatedly: "Ye are sanctified in Christ by the grace of God, through the shedding of the blood of Christ." -Moroni 10:33 "Redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for he is full of grace." -2 Nephi 2:6 "We know that it is by grace we are saved." - 2 Nephi 25:23 "It is only in and through the grace of God that ye are saved." - 2 Nephi 10:24 "No flesh can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah." - 2 Nephi 2:8 The Book of Mormon also discusses how works do not qualify us for or 'buy' our salvation, but instead serves as a way to demonstrate and strengthen our faith in the power and mercy (grace) of God. This is often a topic of misunderstanding between Mormons and other Christians. Rather than go into detail here, if you'd like to learn more about what Mormons believe about grace and salvation, I would highly recommend you look up the talks "His Grace is Sufficient" by Brad Wilcox and "In the Strength of the Lord" by David A. Bednar at speeches.byu.edu. They do a wonderful job of explaining the doctrine of grace as interpreted by Mormons.
