'Insecte nuisible' may be a French equivalent of 'Harmful insect' or 'Insect pest'.

The masculine noun 'insecte' means 'insect. Its masculine singular definite article is 'l'* ['the'], and its masculine singular indefinite article 'un' ['a, one'].

Together, they're pronounced 'eh-sekt nwee-zeebl'.

*The masculine singular definite article actually is 'le'. But the vowel 'e' of 'le' drops before a noun that begins with a vowel. The temporary nature of that drop is indicated by an apostrophe: 'l'insecte'.
