Best Answer

4000 - MMMM

4000 - IV

According to the rules of Roman Numerals, the maximum times a "number" can put together is 3..........hence MMMM breaks the rule.

4000 - MMMDD

i really don't know if it's right........?

there are many ways this number can be represented. The most common would be MMMM, because each M is 1000. However if a line is put over a number it means to multiply it by a thousand. So you could also write IV, meaning 4 multiplied by 1000.

You cant make more than 3 Ms, so here is the right answer according to what I have studied OK?

4 000 - IV {Put a BAR above it like this -) ABOVE IT IF FOR EXAMPLE IVDCCC Don't include D because it will be automatically wrong, Hope you got it right on a test or somewhat, NOTE!!! If someone ask you 99, You will surely answer IC because 100-1 right? well guess what? YOUR WRONG!!!

here is a solution:

90 + 9 = 90 represents XC and 9 is IX so it means to say the answer is XCIX
