7, 9 zeros, 3, 0, 5, 6 zeros. A 19 digit number. approximately 7E18 or 7 * 10^18 in scientific notation if this is a base 10 number. I am uncertain what this is in reference to. If in reference to the 700 billion rescue plan, then that would be: 700,000,000,000 or 7E11.
