ACLS stands for "Advanced Cardiac Life Support". It is a course published by the American Heart Association. It is often taught to paramedics and medical personnel, and covers advanced techniques of cardiac resuscitation and acute stroke care - more involved than the ones taught in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support includes the concepts from BLS like chest compressions and rescue breathing, but also teaches about the proper use of common cardiac medications like epinephrine (adrenaline), atropine, etc. in a cardiac emergency. It also covers advanced medical devices like manual defibrillators and assumes the participants are comfortable with peripheral venous catheter insertion and tracheal intubation.
ACLS takes the team-based concepts from BLS and greatly expands them, as ACLS can only be performed in a team setting.
The AHA grants course participants a certificate good for two years upon successful completion of the course.
There are a number of things ACL could stand for including the Austin City Limits music festival. It can also be short for the anterior cruciate ligament, which is in your knee.

ACL is not a mahanism it is just permission and ACL do not know that what comes before means if any ACk of TCP comes on the ACL then it's just react as the policy, where as firewall checks all the result of ACK and knows the conversation of TCP from beginning. IN ACL if you are making a policy of any port basis then ACL always have open gate for the same either it is working or not but firewall open the gate at that time when the we require the policy.
