President Obama attended Occidental College in Los Angeles for two years, and then transferred to Columbia (New York City). He graduated from Columbia University, with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree (with honor) from Harvard University in 1991. At Harvard, he became the first African-American head of the Harvard Law Review, an honor only given to top students.
