If you mean, "What did Bella look like as a baby", then i do not know the answer. But i do know what her baby looks like.

Bella's child is a girl. She has a face like Edward's (strong jaw, wide forehead), but has Bella's chocolate-brown eyes. She also has red-golden hair that hangs down in ringlets very long, she has never cut them (Or so says the book, Breaking Dawn).
