Best Answer

Sunday... The day when Christian's congregate and do as little work as possible.

Another Answer:

If by 'holy day' you mean the day God set aside for mankind to 'rest' and think about Him and His creation, then biblically it is the 7th day which begins at sunset in the Western world on Friday and ends at sunset of the following Saturday. This is the only day Jesus and the early Church followed. It wasn't until an edict in the 4th Century by the Roman Emperor(s) that changed this day to Sunday - historically the day of pagan sun worshipping.

Many good and sincere people today in mainstream Christianity justify this change of God's ordinance by saying they now 'rest' on the day of Jesus' resurrection, giving honor to the Savior of mankind. But a closer review of the details given in the Scripture of this event will reveal that Jesus rose on Saturday - He is the Lord of the Sabbath.
